| Do you purchase antique and vintage watches? | Yes. Luxury Watch Buyer purchases watches of all ages. Keep in mind that a mass-marketed antique watch may have very little to no resale value. As with all pre-owned watches, resale value is based on the marketability of the watch. |
RETURN POLICY
All watches include a three-day return privilege, giving buyers time to verify the authenticity and condition of their purchase.
Eligibility
- Returns are available for domestic sales only. International sales are final due to U.S. Customs restrictions.
- Watches must be returned within three days of delivery, after which all sales are final. For special requests or exception details, please contact us.
- The watch case must not have been opened. Opening the case voids the return privilege entirely.
Refund Details
- You'll be refunded the purchase price, minus the following deductions: PayPal fee (if applicable), Affirm finance fee (if applicable), and restocking fee (if applicable).
- The original shipping fee is also non-refundable and will be deducted.
- A 10–20% restocking fee will apply if the watch shows signs of wear, has had bracelet links removed, or is missing its protective plastic.

SHIPPING POLICY
We use UPS & FedEX 2nd Day for shipments to addresses in the US. An adult signature is required for receipt of all packages. Shipping charges in the US are based on the weight and value of the item shipped. All shipments are insured for the full purchase price of the item. In the event of a return, shipping fees are not refundable.
INTERNATIONAL POLICY
Due to the difficulty of credit card verification and identification on international purchases, Luxury Watch Buyer does not accept credit cards for purchases outside the United States. We will accept only bank wire transfers for these transactions. We will be pleased to supply our banking information in response to your inquiry. International shipments are made by FedEx International Priority and cost $125 to $350, depending on the weight and value of the item. Please note that we are not responsible for additional costs, such as customs, duties, VAT, taxes, etc. Since customs policies vary widely from country to country, we urge our international customers to contact their local customs office for an estimate before ordering. Please note that we must declare the full value that you paid for your watch on the shipment. We cannot falsify customs declarations. The amount of insurance coverage available varies depending on the country to which an item is shipped. We can only ship to those countries to which watches can be insured for full value.
